12x24 Barn Shed

This building is 12 feet wide and 24 feet long.  The inside is framed such that you can insulate and panel it.  It has a double-panel door for its base configuration.  You can order it here.

It is ideal for many different purposes.  This building pictured here was ordered to be a storage building in a back yard.

Started construction on 13 July 17.
Completed construction on 19 July 17.
Delivered to Newton, Kansas on 20 July 17.

Runners laid.  Our large building runners are built from a pair of treated 2x6's for a size of 4x6 inches.  These will resist warping and twisting better than a solid beam.

Floor joists attached, hurricane strips affixed and side rails installed.  These are metal strips that tie the joists to the runners.
